In this role, you will be responsible for our B2B marketing. You will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, make data-driven decisions, and bring processes and tools together in a way that works and has a measurable impact.

- Marketing Ownership: You are responsible for our end-to-end B2B marketing – from systems and processes to measurable impact on leads and growth.
- HubSpot & Automation: You further expand HubSpot as the central CRM and are responsible for automation, lead nurturing, funnel logic, and scoring.
- KPIs & Performance: You will define relevant metrics, ensure clean tracking, and derive concrete optimizations from data.
- Website & Conversion: You will continuously develop the website, landing pages, and funnels – with a clear focus on conversion and lead quality.
- Content & Visibility: You will systematically build visibility and demand for products that require explanation via SEO, content, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Paid Marketing & Budget: You will manage performance campaigns (Google/LinkedIn), allocate budgets in a targeted manner, and evaluate the impact.
- Events & Trade Shows: You plan and implement trade shows and events pragmatically, from preparation to on-site implementation.
- Sales Enablement: You ensure that marketing reaches sales – with materials, arguments, and content that really support sales in closing deals.
